1. About Niger Airlines
Nigeria Air was
suggested as Nigeria's flag airline and carrier. The airline was
officially announced at the British's Farnborough Air Show in 2018. The
initial plan was to begin in December of 2018. A few months after the
Nigerian Federal Government declared Nigeria Air to be suspended.
Prior to
suspending the project, the Nigerian government announced that it will invest
$5 million in the new airline. The government also said that the airline
was a business venture, and not a social enterprise. If the airline is
reopened and becomes private.

operations were halted.

Niger Airlines
offers a 20-KG checked-in bag policy for domestic flights, as well as 30 kg for
international flights.

a. Baggage Policy and Fees
Luggage policy
Handbag:
Niger Airlines allows only one handbag per person.
The bag should not be more than the size of 76 cm in length, 38 cm in width, or
23cm high.
Hand luggage is not allowed to exceed the weight and size of the checked
baggage.
Checked baggage:
> Niger Airlines has a 20kg checked-in bag policy for passengers in the
domestic market and a 30-kg limit for international travelers.
• Please make sure you save your personal details in each bag.
Overweight: A
tariff surcharge will be imposed when the weight limit exceeds. Additional
baggage will be charged an additional charge of CFA 3000 for each Kg.
b. Pet Policy
Niger does not
have the right to quarantine animals or cats that do not comply with these
standards. All rules apply to service and emotional animals.
Pet Microchip
Niger is not a
country that requires the pet is microchipped. However, it is advised to record
your contact details and to microchip your pet before your trip. This will
enable you to trace your pet in the case of loss or separation.
If your pet
doesn't have a microchip registered, it is important to ensure that they have
tags that have the contact information and the identification.
Vaccinations
Your pet should
be vaccinated for at least 30 to 12 months of rabies vaccines prior to entry
into the country.

Tickets are not
refundable.
